Blake Saunders is a Managing Director with Methuselah Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm focused on the media sector (traditional and digital). His work spans working with large publicly traded media companies related to advising on mergers and acquisitions, to working with growth-stage digital companies that are changing the way media is distributed and consumed. Before Methuselah, he worked in Citigroup’s Healthcare Investment Banking practice in Manhattan. Blake earned his bachelor of science in management with distinction from Purdue University.
Bob Berstein is a Managing Director with JEGI CLARITY, focused on advising Internet and Digital Media companies - including Content & Commerce, customer acquisition and affiliate marketing - on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations and private capital financings. He has over 20 years of domestic and cross-border transaction experience delivering high-value strategic advice to entrepreneurs, private equity and venture capital firms and corporate clients.
In the broader affiliate marketing segment, Bob recently advised BestReviews in its sale to Nexstar Digital. Strategic buyers for his clients have included Google, Ziff Davis, Purch/Future and Oracle. He has also advised TEGNA and RELX on related divestitures.
Prior to joining JEGI CLARITY, Bob was at Piper Sandler, serving as Managing Director and Head of Internet. Prior to Piper, he was Managing Director and Head of Internet at DC Advisory/Signal Hill. Bob is a graduate, magna cum laude, of Cornell University.
Conor McKenna is a Director at LUMA Partners, a strategic advisory firm with a singular focus on digital media and marketing. With a decade of investment banking experience, Conor advises technology companies across a range of strategic
transactions. At LUMA, he works across the firm’s coverage areas with a focus on Ad Tech, CTV, and emerging trends in Commerce Media and Digital Audio. Prior to LUMA, he was an Associate at Sandler O’Neill & Partners, where he focused on companies in the insurance industry. Conor holds a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, in Economics and Mathematics from the
