All three panelists doubled down on the idea that there is significant value that is being left of the table by publishers are struggling to identify and monetize content and that we are still in the early days of innovation.
All three panelists offered different versions of a similar story: that publishers who put together a plan first, focus on what they do well and engage authentically with their audience are primed to grow and in a strong position to leverage data, insights and technology.

Adam Weiss will moderate this expert panel. Adam has more than 20 years of experience in the digital space. He is the former SVP/GM of the Rakuten Affiliate Network and currently runs his own consulting practice, Weiss Digital Consulting, where he focuses on helping Publishers & Technology partners in the Affiliate Marketing ecosystem with strategic guidance, partnership development efforts & revenue generating solutions.

He’s also learned hard lessons, often first hand, about building tools, and supporting creators and publishers, leveraging some of the largest affiliate programs in the world.
Monica Lent is the co-founder of Affilimate, an analytics platform for affiliate publishers. Herself an engineer turned affiliate, she loves helping publishers use data and technology to generate more revenue with less content. Before Affilimate, she was a technical lead at one of Europe's top fintech companies.
