Martech Record Networking Happy Hours combine the sharing of industry knowledge with opportunity to connect with old friends and make connections. When you register, Martech Record will place you into a breakout room moderated by an industry veteran. This May we have an All-Star team of moderators who will lead discussions and facilitate networking.


William Hamer-Jones is an affiliate partnerships expert with over twelve years of experience in the space after working brand, agency, and tech vendor side. William heads up the affiliate and partnerships practice for IPG and has built a unique driven affiliate offering for the group. William has gained global experience of affiliate marketing after working and living in Europe, Asia, and North America, and has managed international teams and budgets for some of the world’s largest brands: Apple, UBER, Net-a-Porter, Burberry, and New Balance.​


Lauren Guetz is the Chief Revenue officer at Generous, and organization that connects affiliate marketing and fundraising.

Lauren has spent 15+ years of managing revenue for startups and nonprofits, built partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and has a passion for developing solutions through the marriage of technology and social change.






Erin Kerr brings 8+ years of experience working in the affiliate marketing space. She has had the opportunity to work as a publisher and managing clients throughout her career, giving her a helpful and unique view when working with clients. In her career, Erin has launched and maintained affiliate programs globally with a strong focus on EMEA, LATAM and the Americas;

and has worked with award-winning companies in the health and beauty, office supplies, and most notably, in the travel space. She is a strong believer in data and has an attention to detail when reviewing that’s unmatched.






James Revell James digs digital media & advertising. From performance & partner marketing, to revenue management, content distribution, business development & operations he's a big supporter of emerging and innovative platforms and technologies in the adtech and martech space.

He began his career on Halloween at Infoseek (acquired by The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS). He's served in executive roles at Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE: LYV), Rubicon Project (merged with Telaria, now Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI), & World Poker Tour (part of Allied Esports Entertainment Inc (NASDAQ: AESE). He holds a BA in political science, a MPA in HR management & a MBA in marketing.


Nasser Aftab is the Chief Revenue Officer at Phonexa. In this role, Nasser leads Phonexa's business development strategy across sales, onboarding, and customer success departments. His key responsibilities include keeping Phonexa a leader in the competitive SaaS marketplace, formulating long-term strategies for success, and maintaining robust customer relationships.


Nasser began his business development career in banking, then grew his expertise working in lending and financial services. In that time he worked for three of the top five globally-ranked FinTech companies: WorldPay, First Data, and Bank of America. His background has been marked by a strong focus in Fortune 500 client acquisition on a global scale, facilitating FinTech and SaaS software technology solutions.
